- If the security deposit has not been received in 7 business days of the booking, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Any items, missing or broken are the renters responsibility and will be taken out of the security deposit.
- Full Payment due two weeks prior to the reservation date.
- If you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, there is a non-refundable deposit policy.
- Early check-outs are responsible for the total days reserved.
